Alena Popova. Human capital and gender equality in Russia

During my visit to  Gov2Expo in Washington D.C.  I met Ben Berkowitz —  founder of SeeClickFix.com, one of the best projects in the shpere of Gov 2.0 to my mind

Ben was inspired by project Fixmystreet of Tom Steinberg. I hope I’ve record interview with Tom soon and publish it in my blog.

I believe Seeclickfix has a very dynamic approach in ways of developing this project: active usage of mobile version and adopting to many languages and countries
