Alena Popova. Human capital and gender equality in Russia

As I wrote earlier  Russian Silicon Valley will be led by Viktor Vekselberg who ia actively holding different meetings.  In the beginning of the week he met  Nobel laureate Zhores Alferov, who has been appointed as a scientific adviser of Russian Silicon Valley not long ago.

Vekselberg has admitted that  St. Petersburg mathematician Grigory Perelman can enter the team of scientists collaborating in the project.  Perelman — mathematician, who stunned the scientific world that he calculated «Uncountable» — algorithm for solving the Poincare conjecture.
