Alena Popova. Human capital and gender equality in Russia

During my visit to Washington for a conference Gov2Expo I’ve talked to Alexander B. Howard (Government 2.0 Washington Correspondent, O’Reilly Media) and we’ve record a small interview about Gov 2.0 in Russia. Here it is.
